Your Little Caesarsâ Pizza Kit Fundraising order forms are due back on Thursday March 31, 2016.
Please return the following:
- Order form –
- Include your child’s name and phone number.
- Teacher’s name and room number.
- Make sure the “Total” box is filled in (ensure the total payment due matches the total number of items ordered).
2. Payment – checks should be made payable to Mariposa Elementary School.
3. Please write your child’s name on every check that you submit with your order form so no check is misplaced.
- Pick-up date is April 21, 2016 at 3:30pm – 5:30pm.
