Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to address a few important matters regarding student pick-up/drop-off timings at Mariposa to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations and the safety of our students.
Early Pick-up: If your child or children will need to be picked up early from school, please send a note in advance with your child to their respective teacher. This note should clearly mention the time you plan to pick up your child from the main office.
To streamline communication, please note that there is no need to call the office separately to convey the same information. By adhering to this procedure, we can significantly reduce interruptions in the classroom and administrative processes in the main office.
Dropping Off and Picking Up During Bus Times: For the safety of all students and to ensure our buses can move efficiently, we have some guidelines for parents and guardians during bus hours, which are from 9:00-9:20 a.m. and 3:20-3:50 p.m.
If you are dropping off or picking up your child during these hours, kindly use the parking area located at the south end of the parking lot by the field.
Please avoid parking or stopping in areas that might obstruct the buses’ pathway.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and hassle-free environment for everyone involved.
